Welcome to the French greenhouse gases emission registry website, dedicated to communicating information to accounts holders

Caisse des Dépôts has been mandated in 2004 by the French Ministry for Ecology to manage the French Registry for GHG Emissions

CAUTION : As a registry designed for holding GHG allowances, SERINGAS is no more operational. As such, it has been definitively powered off since June 2012 and replaced by the Union Registry.

The following address gives you access to the Union Registry: https://ets-registry.webgate.ec.europa.eu/euregistry/FR/index.xhtml

Thursday 21st December 2017 - BREXIT : regulation amendment

The United Kingdom informed the Committee of its intention to adopt a law by the end of 2017 by which the compliance deadline for 2018 emissions would be advanced to before the date of the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the EU and in accordance with the amendment to the EU ETS Registry Regulation. Should that be confirmed allowances issued by the United Kingdom for 2018 would not be marked and would be accepted for surrender.
