Caisse des Dépôts has been mandated in 2004 by the French Ministry for Ecology to manage the French Registry for GHG Emissions
CAUTION : As a registry designed for holding GHG allowances, SERINGAS is no more operational. As such, it has been definitively powered off since June 2012 and replaced by the Union registry you can use by logging to the following address : https://ets-registry.webgate.ec.europa.eu/euregistry/FR/index.xhtml
